Alana Pennington is a graduate of Moody Bible Institute with a bachelors in Sacred Music. Besides her role as a full-time mom, Alana sings for the Chicago Chamber Choir, and functions as the HELPING COORDINATOR - designing the C3 Connection Worship Services towards developing new leaders and ministers

Rev. Jon Pennington is a gifted teacher with an MDIVBL from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Ft.Worth, TX, and a BA in history from Morningside College in Sioux City, IA. Jon has 10 years of ministry experience, most of those have been starting and serving as COORDINATING PASTOR of C3. Jon also serves as the NextGen Consultant for the Chicago Metropolitan Baptist Association.

P. Tony Romero is a graduate of East Texas Baptist University with a Bachelor of Arts in Religion with an emphasis on missions. Tony plans to do graduate work in linguistics and eventually to go on mission with Wycliffe Bible Translators. Tony ia a Semester Missionary functioning as our FOLLOWING COORDINATOR - promoting spiritual development through our Context Groups.

Steven Darst is also a graduate of ETBU with a degree in Religion. He is planning on attending seminary an pursuing a life of ministry. Steven is a Semester Missionary functioning as our DISCOVERING COORDINATOR - promoting outreach that draws people into a personal relationship with Jesus..
