Chicago is also diverse in its people groups. There are over 80 distinct nationalities with nearly 50 different language groups. Our people group alone (genXers on the north side) consists of at least three different cultural strains. If you want a taste of international missions, without the expensive journeys overseas, come and experience ministry in the Chicagoland area! This enormous, diverse population is only 4 hours from northern Ohio, 8 hours from Western Iowa or Central Missouri, and 14 hours from Northern Texas or South Carolina by automobile! Helping us with worship, leader training, and small group events. Taking part in preparing or accomplishing outreach or ministry events. Remodeling the facility that we are going to be using. Learning about missions and church planting in a diverse community.
